What's up with the pressure? its jumping up and down all the time, i don't think that's the way it's meant to be

and adjust the grind and tamp harder. the shot is extracting much too fast. if you find a good coffee shop then they will give you some pointers.

Please get some fresher beans next time. And extract less.... much less for that matter

It is the first shoot with my new machine, no grinder and no fresh bean...
I have learn ! I use fresh roast coffe, a grinder and i have a beautiful crema now !
