I'm newish to your videos, but I've watched a few and I like what I see with your plan and the way you talk. You talk form the gut and the heart (and I love when folks do that).
I know YOU know this, but I'm gonna reaffirm it: You are gonna rock this diet and weight loss and any post-surgery stuff out!
By the way, the Satan stuff from the doctor? Ummm--Doc was an idiot, and good that you dropped him.
In closing: I hated night shift and PMs too! BLECH!
