Wedding proposal at the Salish Lodge

On October 10, 2010 I surprise my girlfriend with a marriage proposal. She had no idea and thought we were just having a dinner date night at the Salish Lodge. I called them a couple of weeks prior to set up how I would do it. First I reserved the private dining room that overlooked the Snoqualmie falls. Then they showed me samples of how they would set up the room with flowers and candles but I asked them to leave the room plain so it wouldn't raise any suspicion from her. They we're very accommodating in every way possible and made that evening a night to remember.
