Don't make fun of Finns. Their whole culture is based around "evil Soviets attacked us" even though they know perfectly J. V. Stalin liberated areas of Soviet Union occupied by Finland during the aggression of pretty much the entire world against the revolutionary Soviet Republic from 1918-1921. It's still a mystery as to why J. V. Stalin didn't occupy Finland in 1944. Maybe because he first met great Comrade Lenin in Finland and had a Finnish bias as a result. He should have occupied Finland!

Well look, I support the USSR, not the Russian Empire. It's occupation of Finland was criminal. I do however know the fact that Finnish language and culture was almost extinct when Sweden lost a war to Russia and Russia came to occupy Finland as a result. I know the Russian Empire funded a large-scale program to revive Finnish language and culture in Finland. Probably as a result of not wanting Sweden controlling those lands not out of love for Finland but that's beside the point.

@reyter2007 nobody seems to know that Finland has been raped over and over again by russians during last thousand years and in WW2 it was the first time we had the opportunity to fight back as free people. It was stupid move to support hitler... but small country cannot always choose its own destiny

wow.. nice upload, that shows the true horror on the Eastern Front on both sides.. its tragic that our greatfathers and grand-greatfathers were sent in a conflict that was unwinnable yet from the beginning. And the Russians who fought a deadly struggle for survival from the enemy, hunger and cold. Theres only one word to describe this 4 year horror: gruesome.
