  • Hey, Tara! Firstly, let me be a gentleman (gentlechick?, rather) and introduce myself my name is Destiny and I really appreciate your videos, thanks so much. I have a question about a comfort issue I keep running into with yoga and pilates; I am a slender girl, about 5'9"&118 pounds, and Im kind of bony and I occasionally encounter discomfort even on a yoga mat when doing certain exercises(ie: my tail bone pressingthe mat). Is there anyway to elevate the pressure on the bonier parts of my body?
