My dad downloaded the LAME encoder and in the folder there was a file named "Hacking.exe", Might this be a Virus?

from my experience of installing this on my and my mates computer i have never found this file after downloading LAME encoder.. ur best bet is not to open it, and if u have the dll file just use tht the way i showed and delete the other

yes go to the link provided and clik download save it to place were it wont get deleted then after tht follow the vid tutorial

aww man!! everytime i try to do that it says that its 'Lame_enc.zip' but then when i dont do that its 'Lame_enc.dll'
