Some raw video shot in Jubilee gardens, on the south bank of the River Thames, opposite parliament, in London.

Intended as a test piece for a new camera, I thought it maybe liked by some people, especially if you like tiny skirts worn with black tights ;)

My mind has been "jogged" on this query, by the friend who was at my side at the time of shooting. I remember now asking her what her name was and she definitely told me "Satya" in a foreign accent, though she doesn't sound it when talking to the audience at the end of the video!

I have been back to the same spot in London three times, and unfortunately still haven't managed to see these two gals again. I agree that the girl seated watching the other here, maybe Lisa Lottie, but not sure. The venue is Jubilee gardens.on the South bank, which is undergoing some alterations right now in preparation for the 2012 Olympics.

I think the woman sitting on the pavement is Lisa Lottie and the one performing is Satya. There's one where they're doing a duet:

What I meant is that there's another YouTube video where the two of them are doing a duet. Part of the beauty of their performances is their choice of music and how the music and dance fit together.
