in the 1960 and 1970 that was the accent in Israel.. if you'll hear a songs that was sung in those years you'll hear the R", and sometimes you'll ehar a strange "ch"

זאת הר' שהייתה פעם. וחבל מאוד שהיום כבר אין אותה. כי היא נשמעת הרבה יותר טוב בדיבובים.
סתם בתור דוגמא תשוו בין הדיבוב של [לחן] בנות הים לאומת אלאדין או כל דיבוב של סרט דיסני ישן.
