How long in real time did it take you to disassemble and reassemble this camera?

My friend has a nikon D3 and one time we have a wedding photo shoot and it was raining, i said to him to cover his d3 with plastic coz even though its weather sealed its not water proof, he didn't listen and eventually water got in to his top LCD and we can see water moving inside but its still working i said to him let it dry.He didn't listen again so we open it our selves coz it cost almost a grand just to get the water out.
