U.S. Representative John Fleming, M.D., spoke on the House floor Monday, as he introduced an amendment that would stop federal funds from going to the purchase of cameras that would be used to collect and store images of motor vehicle license plates. The amendment passed in the House by a bipartisan vote of 254-172.
