More like it was a jab at every single company that dubbed anime since the 70s to today. But in most people's mind...4Kids.

physics in my Batman? Now I've seen everything!!

@Nyhnen You do get that this is an adaptation of the Batman manga in Japan from *1966* right? Granted, the "old" Batman's been around a lot longer than that, but this isn't some new take on Batman, but part of a three-part anthology devoted to obscure Batmen, also including the parody from Mad Comics, later Magazine, and the one who met Scooby Doo.

@BlackMoonLilith I'm just getting sick of everything being "manga-fied" these days. I miss the old Batman, which was drawn (in my opinion) much better.

Robins laughing is weird

It's missing the part where Batman says he saved himself with the power of righteousness.

@arandomperson3 No. Some of us like the rich history Batman has and how many different versions he can be. It doesn't matter if he's campy or dark; what matters is that it's well-written, and there's plenty of campy *and* dark that's well-written as well as a lot of campy and dark Batman work that's not. Batman and Robin is not well-written; Brave and the Bold is.
-
@Nyhnen Yup. No one else sees any connection to any sort of sexual orientation; the rest of us are seeing a wonderful homage to an actual Batman manga with great jabs at English dubbing of anime.
-
@arandomperson3 I've seen that

@Nyhnen No sir you are not. Please, don't let this ruin batman's appeal. Go watch dark knight, or Under the red hood. This is the part of batman that we'd all like to forget.
Who doesn't love English dubbing on Japanese animation!
