@4xzx4 I have played low tier characters. Melee does have it's moments, like that match on Poke Floats, but there are key differences that make your example wrong.

Brawl Ganondorf is too slow to do anything, has a bad recovery, and has no projectiles, which is a severe issue in Brawl.

Pichu is super light, has no range and damages itself, but Pichu actually has the speed to do something, a projectile, and a decent recovery.

Low tiers have a better chance at victory in Melee than in Brawl...

@xxTheFallenAngelxxx I bet you have never played as a low tier character. Melee is gay to, just that Brawl is gayer. Also, stop thinking that Melee is perfect, it's not! It does have it's flaws too! And also, Pichu, he is worse than Ganondorf (Brawl)!

So typical Melee noobs, must always protect Melee via hating Brawl. Stop it! v_v

@Tommy090888 Not true. The only one winning big tourneys with Jiggs are Mango(Who doesn't play her anymore) and Hungrybox.

Fox, Falco, Marth, Sheik, Falcon, Ganondorf, Peach and others are viable too.

As for this video, I don't see this as THAT practical considering the multiple taps to do this means D3 is more likely to trip than any of his other actions. :/

@HalfMoonBlade I see the others, but Jigglypuff is the only tournament viable character. What was the last major Melee tournament that Jigglypuff didn't win?

Really? You should buy a new copy then because everyone else's copy has 20+ characters, not just Jigglypuff.
