Solar powered TOP CHARGER

This is my TOP CHARGER running on solar power. Super capacitors are shown charging and discharging as the energy is gathered and used by the circuit. The solar panel consists of three 3.5 volt 70 ma cells in series. There are two 2.3 volt 22F supercapaciotrs in series to hold the energy. For this demonstration the charging aspect of the circuit is bypassed and fed straight back to the source (+ of the charge to + of the source).

I got a question though, how did you connect the solar panel to the supercaps? because if I understood right the charge part on de circuit diagram was short-circuited..

eddiejager---The solar panel is just connected straight to the capacitor (+ to + and - to -). The capacitor is connected to he TOP CHARGER the same way. On the charge side of the circuit I removed the charge battery and connected what would be the (+) side connection straight back to the (+) side of the source (the supercap).

is there a way to shut the solar cell off automatically so the capacitor does not over load.. or is that something that does not need to be done

Lid, round diament in c quality or less may be the answer.

However, i use steel saw tried to cut the compressed ferrite core about 10 minutes of cutting has no effect on the ferrite, since ferrite is made by carbon same as daimond.

It should hold for many years, infact the mangnatic ferrite can be compress together when manufacutring the neo mag on the tip part

another thought for that transparent contraption box. there is a video on youtube where there is a switch on the outside of a box, and mechanics inside that when you flip it a portion of the plexiglass will tilt back and then a little arm pops out to flip the switch back off. at that point the arm retracts and the plexiglass seals the box again.

i just thought that would be amusing if for example someone was tempted to open the box and grab the gyroscope. it'll close again if it has power ;)

Here is a tip about tipping your top: At the top of the morning, with a tip of your top hat tip toe to the top top topper that works at the top jewelery store in town. Just be sure to tip the top top topper to get a tip top diamond of top quality fixed to the tip of your top top. Only use the top top in your top collection for top performance. I tip my hat to you and good luck, you are at the top of your topping game. Can you top that? lol
