that totally kicks the ass of that OrGreenic pan, bah, i saw the informercial of OrGreenic and i got all excited but i am a smart shopper so i went on amazon, and sure enough there were a handful of pissed off people, and from what i hear, the OrGreenic isn't as non-stick as it seems to be and though its better than teflon, i was forwarded to looking up the Safepan. now this is a quality pan, this deserves recognition, i will tell all my cook friends about this product :D
