First things first: the voting for Malaysia is closed and according to your choice and fuel donation, we are on our way to Singapore! But even though we'll be heading South, the first stop is actually in Penarik, where we meet Alex Lee. Alex is an extraordinary entrepreneur who has found a truly innovative way to rescue some of Malaysia's heritage: he created a resort that consists exclusively of salvaged houses, which are transported across the country. A lot of local skills are used in reconstructing and maintaining them, so Alex is in fact preserving local knowledge alongside with the houses. The place is truly magical and I can't wait to come back and stay here as a guest.

Nice video, I have been there already two times... TerraPura is the name I remember though, not Penarik. Lots of turtles, fireflies and water (sea and mangroves). Alex, keep up the good work...! I know one day I will sleep in a house of TerraPura...
