For a detailed description of how this was made, please visit the video showing the un-perturbed case. The initial conditions are the same here but with the inner vortex pair subjected to a 0.1 degrees anti-clockwise rotation misalignment. The ensuing walkabout instability continues in an unpredictable manner, and the vortices sometimes swap their "dance partners"
