Ohh, gotcha. That was I believe in the same scene as Claire getting sick, when she goes to talk to Jack and Kate about the medication.

Oh, wait. It's before the one you mentioned. After shot of Juliet and Ben by the sea, then Charlie holds Claire when she gets sick and just before a shot of Sayid. Sorry to be troublesome.

I have a different time for that bit (2:23), but if that's what you're referring to, it's from the part in the season 3 finale, when they see the smoke coming from the campsite after the shootout on the beach. Jack looks at Juliet.
