A videoblog of my progress to return to fighting trim, for the SCA war season.

This is the third practice in a row, after several repairs and improvements; most notably elbow cop straps were added to keep the cops in place. Both opponents remarked on my fluidity increasing; things look like they're on the way up.

Krenn, your opening shot to the left side of the opponent's helmet is FLAT. Subsequent footage at full-speed shows you opening up with the same shot, and it too is FLAT. -Sir Vitus/Midream
