  • your torso goes in the same angle you want the ball to go regardless of if you throw big hook, little hook or go straight.

  • Easier said than done.

  • you would simply angle your whole body slightly instead of your upper body only..simple small adjustments is all you need to find your ideal flight path.

  • If you're right handed; your left shoulder will be more forward than your right shoulder. It will be the reverse if you're left handed.

  • what does the term "shoulders open" mean?

  • isn't this the techniche for a hook ball...?

    wonder if you throw a straight ball?
