I don't think you will have to wait too long. As soon as the banksters finish mopping up all their competition, and stuff themselves full of fresh FED money, they will let the bottom fall out. Look for commercial real estate to be the next big problem.
Rebirth of the American economy is not assured after this bust out. This one is like a mob bust out, they are sucking the last breath out of us. Mexico might give us a glimpse into our future.

I am thankful for every day, week and month they postpone the crash, so I can prepare. Of course it would have been better to suffer a short and painful recession, but they will drag this depression out for years.
