U.S. policeman stripped of his uniform

In the 1990 comedy movie Downtown, a young Philadelphia policeman, played by Anthony Edwards, goes to an apartment to investigate a domestic dispute.The couple in the apartment attack him, and he is thrown out into the street stripped naked, with just his gunbelt and a scrap of his uniform to cover himself.
