@hodchai The Arabian peninsula is contiguous with the land of greater Syria, out of which Palestine was isolated by a British and a French officer, cutting off ancient trading routes that connected the western coast of the peninsula with Bliad Asham or countries of the north. Both Jews and Arabs were called Palestinians under the British occupation.

The Jews fought for their liberation and the nation of Israel was recognized by the UN in 1948. If Islam is truly the "religion of peace" they would condemn Palestinian terrorism and learn to live in peace with their Jewish neighbors. And maybe the Shi'ite and Sunni factions can sign a peace treaty with each other. The Iran-Iraq war cost 10 million lives!

There were Jews and Christians in "Palestine" long before Mohammed.

After the Roman conquest of Israel and the Ottoman Empire the British won the Palestine territories because Turkey sided with Germany in World War One.

And since the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem (Islamic leader) sided with Hitler in World War Two (he raised troops for the Third Reich, urged Hitler to kill the Jews in Europe instead of deporting them to Palestine), I have no sympathy for the so-called Palestinian Arabs.
