A quick metabolic circuit training session. Great for increasing conditioning and cranking up your fat burning torch.

Get a kettlebell, find a track and hit this one up!

My final time was 9 mins flat.

Need to improve my 400m splits. Need to be around 80-90 secs each.

Always train to get better!

  • @raoulhery in serbia we don't have all this stuff .... but we are champions in a lot of sports : tennis , basket , volleyball , handball , swimming ... oh jes i forget we are a little country with 8 million people .... xD
