Vulnerable Breeds Parade 2008 - Field Spaniel

Mr George Mortimer-Smith, founder of the Field Spaniel Society, with a pair of his Field Spaniels, in the Vulnerable Breeds Parade at Crufts 2008. Only 75 Field Spaniel puppies were registered with the Kennel Club in 2008 (compared to 14899 Springer Spaniels). The parade was organised by Paul Keevil for the British and Irish Dog Breeds Preservation Trust to highlight the plight of many of our traditional heritage dog breeds.
