  • I purchased his videos over ten years ago. It's great information. Who cares if he is not fit. He's not a bodyguard, or fighter. He's an instructor. People should respect him for his knowledge and ability to teach, not if he can fight a 15 min fight with a 20yr old.

Alot of people are fit and are great fighters, but are not good instructors...

  • it probably looks sloppy because he is teaching it and explaining things at the same time. Doing it in real slow motion which makes it look sloppy. I have the same problem when teaching techniques.

no you wouldn't. I've seen this done in real time...if you can throw an effective punch to the back of his head in time you should be a professional fighter.

  • hell yeah man, im glad im not the only one thinking that.

  • He keeps on talking about street attacks.

He should know not to give his back.

I would start hitting him, before he could throw me.

  • Sensei Kirby is using the "training technique" in this video. Weve gone to using the full contact version of this move, and its much easier. Its alot more dangerous though. You might want to try it. If you havent seen it, I perform it in my green belt test video. Basically, you use an elbow across the uki's jawline and neck to break kusushi.

  • esta mal aplicada esa tecnica!!!

  • Great clip. I really wish the AJA would have a clinic in the southeast. It's hard to find the time and money to go to Maryland or California for these.

  • i still cant get thiz move down

  • these guys do randori also. the budoshin tech. work.

  • Do you realize that George Kirby is like 62 years old here?
