The show was good, but the concert was pathetically SHORT!!! This band came 5000 miles from Dublin, Ireland to play for 75-minutes, coming on stage at 9:09pm and leaving the stage at 10:24pm (a full 35-minutes before amphitheater curfew).

Com'on guys. Play some more music. I won't be spending anymore money on your CD's or your concerts when you rip people off like this. You seemed to be more interested in getting off the stage so you can go out drinking in Cincinnati (as you had mentioned on stage).

Play longer shows. That's how you develop an audience. Paul McCartney played almost 3 full hours in Cincinnati earlier this summer. And, he's 70 years old. U2 plays over 2-1/2 hours. Bruce Springsteen plays over 2-1/2 hours. If you want to be like them, start playing full shows -- giving people what they paid for. They came to hear you play your music. You have 2 albums. You can play most of those songs, plus a few covers. Fans will love it.

No wonder why the amphitheater was only half full.

  • Dude, don't talk shit about them like that. They are one of the few artists who make their tickets cheaper so that everyone can enjoy their music without being ripped off. And come one, this is their billionth time in America you can't expect a 3 hour concert from them. So quit comparing and be thankful they came to your city. Guess you're not really a fan because you don't understand the lads like I do. FYI THE SCRIPT HAS BEEN TOURING FOR 2 YEARS STRAIGHT YOU IDIOT. They need a break too.

  • @singyoursforever900. If they have been out on the road for 2 years and cannot handle playing longer than 75-minutes, then they should get off the road to rest up instead of playing half a show. Based on their comments during the show, they couldn't wait to go out drinking that night. Perhaps that was more important to The Script than playing music for the fans that came to see them. Again, the amphitheater was only half full. Maybe word has gotten around......

  • @NoRetNoSurrender So you are going to judge them based one concert, a slightly shorter gig and a small joke about drinking in town? Clearly, you are pretty shallow. Whatever. I shan't bother wasting time on people like you. Haters are gonna hate. Have fun with your pathetic and shallow life.

  • @singyoursforever900 I looked at The Script's setlists from past concerts. That's the typical length of their show. In fact, sometimes the show is shorter than 75-minutes. PATHETIC.

  • 75 minutes is a pretty average show length for any band. ever heard of Radiohead? they are a huge band but i think they only play 75 minute shows :p besides, SafetySuit was there also i believe? so they took up the other amount of show time needed for a complete show. and Safetysuit is really good. so i wouldnt say you got ripped off at all.

  • What they may have lacked in quality (according to you) they made up for in quantity :)
