This is a video I took of the crowd inside the State House the moment the vote was announced. After 17 Constitutional Conventions debating same-sex marriage we finally won with a vote of 151 to 45, killing the anti-gay marriage constitutional amendment in Massachusetts. (The anti-gay movement needed 50 votes to win). The cheering went on for 10 more minutes after the video ends. People were crying, cheering, hugging, and holding each other. The anti-gay side was silence. VICTORY FOR EQUAL MARRIAGE RIGHTS!
