Considering that tomorow I will have a stressful day , a long plane travel... yoga is the best option for me now lol , and this is great , I definitly recommend this to everyone because it not only gives you strenght , but clears your thoughts also .. at least for me it works that way ..

This video is really helpful to me. I've been trying to do the summer routine, but am having so much trouble keeping plank when I switch from right to left. I am so grateful that you explain what to do if you feel yourself unable to hold the position. Thank you!

Hi ester,
i love your videos...yogatic alone has really gotten me interested in yoga.
when i do this pose on my left side, i notice some sort of imbalanc. when i come out i notice a numbness stemming from the shoulder blade, down the arm to the top of my hand. is this common or am i doing the pose wrong?

@brend0122 Try really holding the upper arm bone in the shoulder socket. So you draw your upper arm bones back, till you feel that connection. Thats how you keep the circulation and the energy flowing in that arm. Let me know if that makes a difference..
