i tried to move the section like you did in 0:44 but i can`t..it only moves to bottom and top..only one direction ...what should i so..pls answer..pls pls...

You have it set up to go up and down. You need to have it with this symbol "+".

So you can move it anywhere.

Is there a lot of difference between vegas 8 pro and vegas 9 platinum? cuz i have that and I never used it yet, but im planning to.

Yes there is.

1. Vegas 9 Platinum cost like 60$. (sixty) maybe more or less can't remember.

2. It is very basic.

3. Not much to work with.

For Vegas 8 pro

1. It is professional (pro)

2. It cost 700$ maybe less now.

3. You can do lots of effect.
