Toenail clippers make quick work of those zip ties

Clever loops keep the reed from twisting. Great Idea, and i guess this answers my question about what is an appropriate thickness to start scarfing. ;)

If you use scissors with short blades and longer handles, like nail scissors or tin snips, those ties will cut easily.
