Low pass for rwy 09 (200mt long), starting from 3000ft above threshold, than to left donwind for rwy 36. Hill make compulsory start landing at 2000ft over threshold rwy 36. Rwy 36 is 500mt long. Parameters are 120kt in vertical final, beta mode, no flap, beta landing and a few reverse (not necessary, just to vacate the rwy for the taxiway). Really extreme!

  • An addendum to my comment:

If you happen to have a Maule or a Porter just sitting around and you are not using it you can send it to me.

  • If you have the skills and the right airplane.......................

Maule M7 Turbos an Pilatus Porters are probable the 2 most amazing mass production airplanes ever.

(and I am not so sure about the Mass Production thing...if they made a whole bunch of them they would be less expensive and I would have a chance of owning one...not gonna happen)

  • Shawn Hill is Top Gun

  • Spettacolo...merda...

  • @TheDaveyht3 I agree

  • Beta is not thrust reverse. It is flat pitch which means no thrust in either direction. You do not reverse the engine, it has a propeller on it which is controlled by a governor that changes the pitch of the blades, just like any plane that has a constant speed propellor except on turbo prop you can go through beta and into reverse.

  • how do these compare to a turbo "OTTER"

  • Sorry but i didn't hear beta mode (thrust reverse) until he was on the ground.
