Heheh, when I heard this music, I instantly thought of Satyrnaar, and it's ominous banner at the entrance to that dark place.

@Maphysto Yes, and that's right... Satyrnaar is an ancient Highborn city, and the music is also Highborn, but not "swamp music"

@catlitta It plays in several different spots. I always associate it with Ashenvale because it plays near the entrance to Satyrnaar.
