I like the guitar part, good job on that. As for vocals you are n general tune and timing is good, but work on singing from your stomach and not your throat/nose. You are to nasally.

No offense but you need to have someone sing. Your voice isn't cut out for this kind of music you need to sing happier music because your voice is a happy one. But it was pretty good just keep that in mind.
