@Isanion Maybe in the future it can make you snacks and bring them to you while you're working. Of course, I won't be the first person to test that one out. But I fear for the future jobs of waiters nonetheless.

nice idea i guess... but given that all the currently useful robots are bespoke built for a task I'm really doubtful that it'll work; after all, what task is the 'human-on-wheels' body structure ideally suited to?
tbh its the same problem i've had with this area of robots in general: I mean, ASIMO is an incredibly impressive bit of kit, but what use is it?
