I grew up in new addington 20yrs ago, what a hell hole, thank fuck i managed to move far away from there, when i was a kid there were 2 local home beat coppers, think one was called pc quinan, cant remember the other one, they are probably dead now. they spent all day in peoples house's drinking tea LOL
