@retrozoneorg Yes!!! a REM socket... I had completely forgotten the existence of that... Far back in my childhood...

@retrozoneorg Until very recently... when analog tv dissapeared¡¡¡!!!

@VintageJunior, I think the CPC's powersupplies were built into the monitors so you always had to use the original monitor's with most of the CPC line.
-
does this melody belong to an Amstrad CPC game?

Wow that's awesome, I have those very same songs on my computer somewhere as YM files, but hearing it play back on the original hardware is soooooooooo much cooler than using an emulator, i wish i could do that.

this is nice, we need more like this, adds diversity because most videos out there are about the C64

I have almost the same setup to you but i dont know how to get the amstrad to read the 3.5inch floppy drive, i plug it in and i know its right as i brought it with the drive and lead but dont know what commands i should use, i also have a mouse and dot matrix printer but wouldnt even begin to know what do with them lol...
Is that the original monitor? If yes, what's the thing sitting under it?

@VintageJunior Yes it is. The thing under it is the Amstrad "MP3" add on which allows you to watch TV on your Amstrad Monitor!

How did you connect the 3.5" disk drive to the amstrad? i could do with doing that myself :)

The information on how to connect a Floppy Disk drive to the CPC6128 is on my website in the projects section.
Google "fit a 3.5" floppy to CPC6128" and click the third link down

Just one of the old style cassette players - needs to have a "REM" socket to work with the Amstrad. You can pick them up for £5-6 on ebay. Just search for cassette player.
