Really, to my ears this is a terrible noise. However, the fact that they can still play it perfect to the record shows that a) they can actually play their instruments, and b) they cleearly didn't just sit in the studio and play random notes.

My intention isn't to troll, but to be the guy who points out the emperor has no clothes. Fans, disregard my comments because they're lost on you anyway; but for the people who come here because they heard about this weird band and think "hm... well my gut says it's just noise but there must be something more complex going on...." There isn't. Trust your gut.

To say that you can't play anything wrong would be like saying that classical music and jazz shouldn't exist. And if they didn't, these guys wouldn't konw what to fake. The fact is that every aspect of metal that is the least complicated is a bastardized and dumbed down idea from classical music or jazz, end of story.

@june32nd There is really nothing happening here, I assure you. These guys don't know anything about harmony. It's really easy to make noisy shit like this but to understand voice leading and normal progressions or cadences is way out of their grasp.
