Really depends, this race sucked because the Acura CL had to have been a 2.2 or a 2.3. I have smoked several Maxima's with my 3.0 and would guarantee the victory over this car.

If that was a cl-type-s it would rip that 3.5 a new one,, i know for a fact,, i got the cl-s and my dad had the 3.5 max,, it was a nice race but i did take it fairly easy,,, so he sold it and got a souped up 350z,, thats fun

Yes I agree but even so, the Maxima totally left the Acura behind with more weight. It wasn't inches ahead but rather several feet at least 30! I think Maxima is definitly faster.

No. The Maxima is a 3.0. They didn't start putting the 3.5 in the Maxima's until they changed the body style.
But regardless it's going to smoke the CL.
