I just saw my friends this weekend - they're both doing well - and are even riding again! There are some lingering neck issues. They were thrown down a 30-ft ravine, over boulders and ended up strung up on a barb wire fence. First car on the scene was a rescue helicopter trainer and crew. Second on the scene were off-duty paramedics. They were truly lucky.
