You are quite right. Despite having lived many years in Asia, I make no claim to be any kind of master. I just teach the basic physical concepts and stay away from the philosophical and metaphysical aspects.

I think the difficulty for non-chinese to train any form of chinese kung-fu (external or internal) due to the culture difference, just like us to learn english!

especially for internal practice--as there are so many factors in regards to abstract

subject. the 8-sectn-silk need very keen understanding~~
