This is very easy to fake. People way off in the distance by the mountain send up a small balloon with a light in it. The light is controlled remotely to pulsate. 4 or 5 rolls of clear fishing line is attached to the balloon and 4-5 people spread out 100 + feet or more apart. They send the balloon up and they all take turns pulling the fishing line real fast to make it look as if it is dodging, zipping and zooming in all directions. They stop for a bit to let it rise higher and pull some more.
