Oh one more think that I have noticed, In european countries that have less money are a lot kinder and you see them always saying thankyou and please within their language to strangers. I went to france once and girls actually helped others. None of them laughed at me, as i can walk a bit gay or something even though im straight.

everyone thinks people in france are rude...but when i visited 2 years ago everyone was so friendly. :D

Yeah exactly, I am glad you travel, it is an amazing experience, you actually find out new people and people who have really friendly outlooks. I mean there are nice people in england but they are a lesser percentage than in other countries I think. I also think that maybe some dont think anymore, people just take things for granted aswell.

You know what, I see rudeness so much, I've grown used to it, and expect it from people. NOBODY TALKS ABOUT IT, because in my opinion it's a real problem. People are just gonna become more and more angry and bitter because of it. The whole world's gonna explode.

I don't understand it! There are many people that are so incredibly rude in so many different facets of life! It is a question of education, morality & up-bringing, I guess.

people are self entitled, usually products of their upbringing. I have no problem calling someone out if they're being rude, but when youre working retail the customers always right...which is ridiculous because they ARENT always right.

I cried and felt so down when this guy walked in and told me I didn't know how to do my job. I had just gotten the job actually and I didn't know alot about it and plus my supervisor wasn't there on that day. He said he would report me and that I should find another job. I think all rude people should just either drown or get shipped off to the moon and leave us be.

Rude people are awful. We need to quit making excuses for them. Such as their upbringing, what kind of day they may be having, and that they may be a customer whom in the corporate world is always "RIGHT." How is being rude translated into, "you'll get whatever you want as long as you act that way?' This type of behavior is being condoned. Not addressed. I'm NEVER rude to someone UNLESS they are rude to me first. Then they act so surprised. Why? Because you think you have the right to treat me

MShardworker is right!! What goes around comes around i also believe this as i have seen it happen! example; The old woman next door 2 me has always seen kindness from my wife & i, then, 1 day she turned real nasty! she lives on her own in social housing and the abuse was bad enough 2 complain to her housing. The next thing she's forced to move out because she's under-occupying! she missed behaved, stood out during social reform and was punished accordingly. I see this alot - there is good out.

People are always going to be rude sweetness, the best thing to do is ignore them or hit them with a snappy come back, and I can relate cuz not only have I worked retail but also as a waiter
