Just kidding, this video is a JOKE. Anyways, rant number 2.

All you kids who desperately want to get Recon Armor need to DROP IT. I read some of the emails that Bungie posted from kids who are desperate to get Recon, and I must say, they are just pathetic. There was one that really caught my eye and it ACTUALLY said that his brother died in Iraq and that his dying wish was to get Recon. Then the moron who wrote the email somehow reasons that the transitive property states that since his brother's dead, he should get it. If you are that kid and you are reading this, step back and re-evaluate your life. And if your brother ACTUALLY died, go to hell. Exploiting someone's death to get non-existent armor in a video game is just pathetic.

Anyways, my next point is... NEWS FLASH: The majority of people who want Recon do not want Recon because it looks good. Then why do they want it? Well two basic reasons:
1. They believe that Recon Armor will get them the much-needed respect and self-esteem they've been looking for.
2. Basic human psychology. They want it because they can't have it. Ever heard of the saying, "Forbidden fruit is always more tempting?" This is pretty much the same thing.

To wrap this all up I want to say the following. If you obsess over Recon, just give it up. The sooner you do that, the better. Armor isn't what matters in a video game. What really matters is how much fun you have while playing it (unless you're looking to go pro). If you obsess over Recon like some of the kids Bungie has dealt with, you have let the video game take over you, and that is NOT good.

Apologies to:
1. The people who actually like Recon because they think it looks good and don't obsess over it.
2. The people who don't obsess over it, but wasted their time watching and obeying this video because they thought this was worth giving a shot.
3. People who think my rant sucks.

If you read all of that, give yourself a pat on the back. I congratulate you.

And for the record, Recon is fugly as hell. I have never wanted it and I NEVER will.

By the way, if you ACTUALLY believed this video wasn't a joke, I want to let you know that I put in the video two clues signifying that it is fake.

CLUE 1: If you take the words of the "code", reverse them and play with the letters a little bit, it turns into, "I actually believe I am getting Recon."

CLUE 2: I used the song White and Nerdy. Come on, how obvious is that?
