【材料】:中筋麵粉1斤、豬油3大匙、蔥1/2把、鹽1/2小匙
【做法】:
1、先做好燙麵,也就是以3杯中筋麵粉加入1杯熱開水和開,再倒入半杯冷水,調和成糰。
2、放入抹了油的塑膠袋中醒30分鐘,就成了燙麵。
3、蔥切成末,灑上一點鹽。
4、把醒好的麵糰,做成一大片,上面鋪上豬油、鹽、蔥末,捲成長條。
5、以虎口捏緊,扭下分成小塊,直立壓扁入鍋煎透。
6、最後再轉餅:將蔥油餅旋轉擠壓一下即可。

  • Mdm Mei-xian is indeed the best cook in this programme. But, I prefer LI Ren to Ah Jiao as the host because Ah Jiao is really too noisy as she is so inquisitive about the steps of cooking.
