Making Of Ragi Mudde (Finger Millet Balls)

Ingredients

1 Cup Water
3/4 ~ 1 Cup Ragi/Finger Millet Flour
Pinch of Salt(Optional)

Ghee(Clarified butter)/Water, to grease the balls.

This is also given for toddlers loaded with ghee as a nutritional feed.

Hi Archana and Prameela....I think you need to add 1/2 more cup of water as you should not see the ragi flour in the bottom of the vessel at the end :)
