There are assumptions that open containers, littering, no dog licenses, or other reasons ... were why this all happened. It still is unclear why so many police were involved. About fucking time, downtown Portland has become a toilet, it smells like piss. Im sick of the aggressive panhandlers/ road warrior trash laying around. Good quality video but a bit boring. The music sucks

The smell was from the horse shit...it "reeked like a barnyard" Not sure about smelling piss, but I imagine theose three horse do got to go at some time ?To me I dont care how you dress... or what you look like wariior or not. I thought there was too many city resouces just for some littering or open beer.

So aside from how atrocious the music is, I'm curious about the editing. The police officer retrieved the guy's puppy and returned it to his friends to be cared for right? Did that happen or not? Presumably you got it on video, and presumably, you edited it out. What say you sir?

You are correct ...just as you described it. I did edit that part out. Not so directly for any reason, I had about 40 min of tape that I cut down to 9 min.

for a non issue ..sure were allot of man power resources being used. For a non issue why does being beaten with a billy club twenty years ago make this less of an issue today. When the resources for police spread thin this looks like a waste of time and "harassment" ...but then there may be more going on than what we see
