GREAT JOB MAN!! you got it! One thing i will say about mine is when it modulates to key of F the first time...i slid 3rds on the the top 2 strings (i think you did also)...but I do think Smith is sliding a triad using a 5 fret stretch...i cant really do it cleanly so i just did 3rds and ended on the triad at the end of the run. Ok man...now get on those arpeggios!!! Very cool!

Thx !! your video helped "unlocking" it for me ! it's been a long time since I loved Smith's version of the song but can't really figure out the chords ... but a video is worth a thousand words lol !! Now I am enjoynig smith's music more easily (stars fell on alabama, girl ipanema ...), this song gives guidelines I think to the chords form he uses (often!). And regarding the F modulation I do the triad with 5 fret stretch up to F (C,D,F). Bye & merry christmas btw ;) !!
