This is clever and amusing and all, but let's get one thing right. Printing money and asset purchases are not the same thing. In the case of QE, the newly "printed money" is backed by and tied to the value of the bonds.

When there was hyperinflation in Germany, Thailand, and even America during the revolutionary war, the money was PRINTED, and not used to purchase assets. That's why there was inflation, so let's not put modern QE and "printing money" in the same category.

Very simplist video, surely promoted by the republicans. Some facts are true but it it obvious it is biased. Take the facts for true, not the colclusions :

Today, not only america but also japan, brasil and europe are massively printing money. When america prints money It avoids china to buy it and lower the global interest rate. It also affects the exchange rate, dollar becomes cheaper and china is less competitive.
