@MegaRatat yeah lower abs are hardest to workout bud because there aren't many workouts that isolates that section of your abs, but do many leg lifts or buy some ab straps for a pull up bar and do full body leg lifts they hurt like hell but they sure do work.

I gotta say it looks easy but it seems to be a reallly good no bs abs work out. if you keep up ull see the results conbined with a maximum long burn out work out. this will be an ultimate work out. this really help me.

@MegaRatat
I don't think there is an exercise that completely isolates the lower abs, but if you want to emphasize them: any type of lying down leg raises, hanging leg raises, and any type of reverse crunch.

@glordery ok thanks again...hust did it again oh by the way how many times a week should i do these levels for ?because i already do other abs workouts during the week but not as good as this..thanks

@MegaRatat I only do intense ab routines once or twice a week. Just like you, I too add some core to my other workouts. It's important not to overwork a muscle group. They need rest in order to grow.

@glordery ok great thanks for the reply...one last thing the side planks are the only move i cant really do because i feel so much pressure on my leg that is supporting my body on the slant..also the last excerise i could do but i cannot keep my legs straight in the air so i bend them a bit but other than that i can do all the other work outs...

@MegaRatat Great job doing the entire workout. In side plank if you can't keep a straight line from head to toe then you need to take extra beaks until those muscles get stronger. A lot of guys have weak hips because those muscles are often ignored. Also, it's fine to bend your knees on the last move...that's a tough one to end with.
