  • A big talent who did ad hoc arranging for those great Bert Firman records. and played in many bands before Ambrose employed him as leader of the blue lyres at the dorcester hotel..However he was a manic depressive who aggravated the condition with the huge work load.He had to stop work as he had what is now known as Chronic Fatique Syndrome..He ended up throwing himself under a tube train in late 1939,when his plan to assassinate Hitlar was turned down by the MoDefence..A tragic figure.
